Hurray! Here it is. The cover for Half Past Midnight is almost done. Here is a “close” approximation of what it’s going to look like. There are a few things that will be a little different in the final version, but most of them you won’t be able to actually see. There is one thing that is going to be obvious, once it’s done, but that relates to my previous post, and I’m still not at liberty to discuss it.
Humph. It seems that part of the writing world is learning to keep secrets. The Burning Land is going to be coming out in an anthology that I still can’t talk about, and there is a secret “something” about HPM that I can’t talk about yet. I really do feel like a little kid who’s been told to keep mum on something and is about to burst with the excitement of wanting to shout it to the rooftops. For now, I’m just going to take it as a compliment that these “secrets” are coming my way. Maybe it means I’m doing something right. Yeah, that’s it. I must be doing something right! It’s about freakin’ time.
Please, nobody burst my bubble, okay?
All right, that’s it for now. Keep writing, and keep safe.
